Blessed with Godparents!

Traditionally, godparents were counted informally responsible for ensuring that the child's religious education was carried out and for caring for the child should he or she be orphaned. In our family even though we do not attend church every Sunday I still wanted "godparents" for Jackson. The modern view of a godparent tends to be an individual chosen by the parents to take an interest in the child's upbringing and personal development. Kevin and I could not be more thrilled or know right away who we wanted to be Jackson's godparents! Jessica and Adam are our very dear friends and live right here in Houston! They are amazing, patient, hilarious and adoring parents to TWINS (Adam Jr and Ava). I know that Jess and Adam will continue to shower our son with love for years to come. Thanks for being such great friends and the godparents to our sweet boy. We are looking forward to his baptism!
