Piece it together

I was blown away this morning when Jack started putting together a puzzle! I was so excited for him and put that inflection into my voice to encourage him once he correctly placed each piece down. He doesn't quite know how to turn the piece around to get it in the puzzle, but that's ok, he is doing a wonderful job and I'm sure that will come very fast! We did it about 3 or 4 times and each time he got better. When I dropped him off at Bethany Methodist this morning and asked his teacher if he likes puzzles, and she said Jackson is really good with matching the colors up. Kevin and I both come from families that love to play games, especially around the holidays...so this warms my heart because it won't be long before Jack is teach us some new games! Congratulations baby boy on your first big boy puzzle... You are amazing!!

Checking out his work! Great job Jack!!

Go Jack! That's awesome!!!

I'm glad to know that your Jack says the same amount as ours. My pediatrician is concerned that Jackson's ears may be delaying his speech...or he's just so spoiled that he doesn't have to talk. Jackson is very inconsistent with his words and prefers to point and grunt for what he wants...and at the end of the day, I just give in. Anyway, we're going to see a speech therapists just to be sure everything is okay with his hearing.
