Don't Forget...

...To wear GREEN! It's St. Patrick's Day tomorrow and you know what that means! Pinchy Pinches on the way if you don't wear green! We have enough green to go around and we are ready for rainbows and gold pots!

Family time!

This afternoon Kevin went golfing with his parents. My Uncle, Grandmother and Cousins came over to say hi and see Jack. We had so much fun! It was a full house because they had Toby (the pug) with them too! We wish y'all lived closer, thanks for coming down to see us!

These photos are amazing. Jack was SO sweet with Nanie. It's like he knew that it was time to be gentle and sweet, I took so many picture of them together. Melts my heart!!

Spring Fever

The medicine has kicked in, Jack is still not feeling 100% but at least we have some meds in him! We just couldn't sit inside on this beautiful day so we decided to drive down the street to Williams Tower and check out the fountain. We can see this building from our house as its just a couple of blocks away. A great little spot to just hang out with your family, have a picnic or people watch.

The sunshine always makes me feel good so I knew it would make our little guy happy too!

The water splashes everywhere and it was a tad windy in this area, so I didnt want to stay long but Jack was interested in this. He kept trying to turn around while we were taking the picture. I think its pretty cool myself so I can understand why he wanted to check it out and not take a picture! Willams/Transco Tower

BABBLE

I have a wonderful boss, she let me have the afternoon off! So I let Nelvi take the afternoon off too. So with my free time I took out the video recorder this afternoon and got some sweet sounds! Even though he has this mean ear infection, Jack still is a baby and babies will always play - sick or not! We are SO relieved to hear him babble!! We now know that it's truly only Larango Malacia (what he is having surgery for) and not a paralyzed vocal cord. Not that I'm making light of the surgery, its still major surgery and we are still worried about the surgery, but there is another day for worry. Today we learned this little boy can talk!!
He just wanted to do it on his own time...

Ear Boo Boo

It was bound to happen, Jack has his first ear infection :( I'm so sad for him, he just looks miserable but still being a baby he is trying to play and be a sweet boy. Nelvi and I took him to the Dr this morning and she confirmed what I was thinking, as he kept tugging on his ear. We've got a bad mean up to no good ear infection! The Pediatrician thinks that he got a bacteria infection when we did the scope at the ENT Dr. She said that he might have had a little normal bacteria but said when they did the scope that went up his nose to his throat that it might have pushed things around. So at least its not a contagious bug or anything like that! Its no fun when the entire family is sick!

He just doesn't look like himself, but he still tried to smile! Bless his little sweet heart!! Here is to hoping these meds kick in quick for some relief for our baby boy!

Early Bunny!

On Tuesday my mom came over to drop off our Easter baskets, as she will be in Colorado for Easter. Jack got the practical Easter basket this year...while Mommy got the good stuff! Wine, candy and Cosmo magazine! But don't you worry little boy you have so many Easter baskets from MiMi coming your way... just look at me I'm 30 and still get one! Sweet!

Thanks MiMi for coming over and hanging out we sure had fun!

Cutie Patootie

We were heading to dinner tonight when I noticed it was raining outside. So I pulled out his little windbreaker and had to take a few pictures. He is just too cute, we are so in love!
