Jack very much would rather do other things then let us put diapers on him. It has become almost impossible at times to get one on him!! This morning was one of those days!

I feel your pain! Hutch twists and turns SO MUCH! Les' Mom lets him suck on a lollipop when she changes his diaper now :)...then she takes it away from him when she is done...hahahaha!! Her secret is out.
OMG, so funny! What a cutie patootie! I agree with Jane, DISTRACTIONS!! I used to keep little toys that Christian had never seen before, next to his diapers, and would give him one while I changed him. And I still have to do that, even at 28 months!
OH my gosh! I hope Liam never decides that diapers are overrated. Our issue is pajamas. NEVER wants to let us put them on.
