Passover

This past Saturday we joined up with Kevin's family for a Passover family tradition of matzah ball soup. Jack woke up begging for some candy, and given it was a weekend of celebration we decided to let him indulge. So more delicious chocolate it was...
Before the soup was ready to consume we went over to the Memorial Bend community pool with Jack and Sophie for a morning egg hunt.
If this isn't the cutest little picture of cousins I don't know what is....
 Patiently waiting for the whistle...

Ethan got in on the fun too!

After we got a few cookies down we headed over to Great Aunt Dorthy's house. I love that Kevin and his cousins used this same room as a play fort during the same holiday.

Check out this little guy the kids found while playing outside :)

 Yay for family time!

Bunny Mail

Jack got some bunny mail from Grandpa and Edith the other day and boy was he excited to tear into the package. We tried to call Grandpa and I really should have recorded him because he was SO hysterical when opening this box.  He kept saying "Wow this is amazing" or "This is great". When I let him have a piece of chocolate he told me "This is delicious". We are constantly in laughter at our house with the things he says!
Spoiled is the name of the game, he loves his grandparents so much and we love that they love him just as much!

 On the window they went!

Annual Neighborhood Egg Hunt

This year was our 4th annual egg hunt with our dear friends, The Kozar Family. Though we don't live next door anymore, Debbie messaged me a few weeks back and said how she was getting sad we were not doing an egg hunt. So last minute we pulled together a slimmed down version of our prior years. We kept it to neighbors and Jacks best friends so that we could pull it all together with just a few days. We had fresh fruit, a few things to snack on, beverages for the moms and juice boxes for the kids. We opted in for the jump house again and it really went over so well. It was much more manageable to clean up at the end and it was nice to get to chat with everyone just a little longer this year. The kids had a blast and everyone had baskets full of eggs, it was another great year and I'm so glad Debbie pushed us along to have it again. I am looking forward to the 5th annual, and hoping our boys let us do this for quite some time to come!

Annual Bunny Meeting 2013

When Easter is in March, it makes things quite crazy busy! We took our annual Easter pictures and got the proofs back! I'm in love with them all but our favorite was this one.

We love that our session was back to back with cousin Ethan so that we could get a few snap shots of the cousins, and thankfully we got a few cute ones!

I love doing these pictures each year and Jack's face lights up every time he sees these bunnies. What I think is extra special is that one of the brown bunnies was a baby bunny in Jacks last year session, now all grown up just like Jack :)

Somebunny made one cute little boy if I do say so myself!
